JM is a bad dude! I saw him in the late '80s with Elton John on the "Reg Strikes Back" tour. He stole the show (for me!). So solid and funky! Awesome.

I was at that clinic, if it was the one where there were 4 or 5 other drummers [Deen, Gregg, Dom, & a few others I can't rem], if you were there...that was the one i was referring to in my 1st post...i may have been a little off on my date...it seems it was indeed the early 90s, not the late 80s like i thought. [img]cool.gif[/img]

JM's also all over that live concert vid w Elton & Geo Michael, Don't Let the Sun Go Down..., that had a lot of airplay back a 'few' years on VH1 / eMpTyV...

The cat groooooves, man.
